Commercial Use: Paid users have full commercial rights to their generated content
Attribution: No attribution to I2V - Image To Video is required for generated content

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Violate intellectual property rights of others
Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content without proper disclosure
Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems
Share account credentials with unauthorized users

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

5. Account and Billing

5.1 Credit System

Credits are used to generate content across our AI tools
Purchased credits remain valid with an active payment method
Credits expire 100 days after payment lapses

5.2 Subscription Terms

Premium features are valid for one calendar month from purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can cancel your subscription at any time

5.3 Content Storage

Free Users: Generated content saved for up to 15 days
Paid Users: Generated content saved for up to 100 days

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use I2V - Image To Video to:

Create content that violates laws or regulations
Generate deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
Produce content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Create spam, malware, or harmful content
Engage in activities that could harm minors

7. Intellectual Property

I2V - Image To Video retains all rights to the Service, including our AI models, algorithms, and platform technology.

7.2 Open Source Components

Our Service utilizes open-source AI models, and we respect the licensing terms of these components.

8. Privacy and Data

9. Limitation of Liability
